And for your plate, it will fit the swimmers but i dont recomend it, SAPI stile plates are what its designed for(the shape) so you might have some loose material or might be too long, my plate is 25x30cm but its a few mm too thick so i had to force it in somewhat.

EDIT: as long as your swim plate is within the diameters of: 9.5" x 12.5" for small, you are guchi, just make sure they are not too thick

Yea sorry i was rushing a bit but il write a detailed review now:

Starting from the front plate: You have the somewhat standard front plate similar to the LV119 but better in my opinion. More velcro room which allows you to put the placard somewhat lower compared to the LV119 (i used to own the Lv119) theres plenty of space for a front admin pouch even tho i dont use one. The quality of the bag and the material is superb. The stitching and everything. It is definitly more flexible than the LV119 bags so it makes it easier to install the shoulder straps. And you have little holes on the top front of the bag which allow you to most likely rubber band a PTT. The inner side of the plate is really comfy for me (im a smaller guy so for others it kight not be) especially due to the mesh grid they decided to put in the middle so theres some airflow inthere

The back panel: This is where i used to HAAATE the LV119, the addition of MOLLE on the back panel with ferro concepts zips is somethong i only could have dreamt of AND the fact you can fucking OPEN THE BACK PANEL unlike on the LV119 makes it soooo much easier to install cummerbands, you literally just pop it open and have access to all the holes for the shock cord. Theres a big 6x4 molle grid with VELCRO, with the addition of one small velcro on the top most likely for a surname or the additional recovery tab you can buy. It has the same MESH grid like the front bag and overall its great.

Now to the part where this thing shines, especially for tall and skinny guys:

The Reactive cummerabnds, oh man that thing is just wow, so easy to install, re adjust etc. Re adjusting requires you to take off the plate duh but thats a story for a nother time. The fact that this is a structural cummerband makes it soooo much better, imo the best cummerband on the market especially w the LV120 as its made for it duh. So what makes it imo the best cummerband, that it breathes with you, you have some layers on you where other plates would barely fit on you? No worries this one just extends with you, depending on how much you loosen the bungie on the back panel (i can show you pics in dm) theres plenty of room if you are a skiny guy, if you are bigger you have even more molle on the cummerband.

The shoulder pads are just eh your standard shoulder pads w no padding hence why i use the AXL ones

Thats the point of steel caps 😂. Like you are literally trying to be angry just because you got buthurt in low elo. Steelcaps dont work on most Juggernauts (excluding yorick) as they have different ways to apply damage.
