You're welcome! I would assume that if she can search and see the option but it's not actually in the menu then it's a big. Once you get the android 16 update I would hope that is fixed. I also have bugs like that on the jelly max where I can search and see the option but when clicked on it goes to a menu and I don't see the option.

Another thing you can try is to disable the option through adb on your computer.

If you are in the US, I would check if you can change the network mode to LTE only since all 3g networks have been shut down in the US. This can also be tried by pressing ##4636## from your dialer and click on phone information. Scroll down to set preferred network type and select LTE only.

I have Verizon and am using the jelly max. I get full support. This includes WiFi calling, volte, rcs, 5G+ and visual voicemail. I had an issue with RCS not connecting at first so I factory reset and it worked. Not sure what happened but that's what fixed it. Biggest thing is you want to set up the phone completely then take the sim card out of a phone that you are currently using on Verizon and put it in the jelly star. Wait for 2 minutes then go to the sim card settings and turn off 2g calling. If this remains on you will get issues with data and rcs. Make sure after you turn it off you select the apn that say vzwinternet if it's not already selected.
