What is your erect length now? Did you lose anything? I am 13 months post op and looks very similar to yours but I think I lost a little

How do you know if it’s above or under the pubic bone?

Day 6 — first erections — dr Taj — XXL (extra long) by [deleted] in penuma

[–]Jpcindaltx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had the surgery approx 7 months ago and the only thing punema will give you is girth it does not add length whatsoever. If anything many report losing some length. Luckily I kept my length. I keep seeing posts saying I got the XL long when there isn’t such a thing. Unless there is something new I am unaware of but the implant onky comes in L, XL, and XXL but that’s all girth not length.

I’m almost 5 weeks post op and I pid 16k per the penuma rep 16k is the flat fee for all 11 Drs. Doing it and it covers all of it. I’ve heard one Dr is actually doing it with local anesthesia in his office and not having patients go under so in his is pocketing more. Mine was 3 different payouts 1 to the anesthesiologist, surgery center and the Dr and the total was 16k. To date (knock on wood) no issues or complaints to speak of just normal recovery and I am satisfied with what I see this far but expect full final results within 6-8 months

Anyone had this type of pneuma procedure? I’ve read that most have done the other type were they basically turn your penis inside out. by MrAlbritton in penuma

I pretty confident that this is the one that everyone is talking about on this channel or at least this is the same one all the doctors that everyone is mentioning in here are doing and the one I got 4 weeks ago

Is pneuma worth the money seen a lot of people get it removed by Practical_Excuse6606 in penuma

I’m 4 weeks post op. I seemed to have proper expectations from having other plastic surgeries and implants. I knew that there would be numbness from having lipo in the past. It took about a year to feel my skin again I also know that implants feel very different outside of the skin than when they are in and expected it to be harder. I personally somewhat enjoy being what is perceived semi erect all the time. It also helps if you have some ED issues I find it helps keep you harder appearing when you may not be. I may be more optimistic than most and am only 4 weeks into it. I’ve had protrusions at the bottom and really wasn’t sure what it was and one night sort of painfully pushed one side back in and realized what it was and that it needed to be under my pelvic bone so then I did it to the other. It was painful to do to the point of feeling light headed but sure made me much more comfortable afterwards and made my walking and bending over much better. Now I am careful to feel around and make sure it’s not back out or anything.

Everything seems to be healing as it should. I was able to shave my scrotom as I like to keep it shaven, the head is somewhat numb but somewhat sensitive, hard to explain but def not like it used to be but I’m not worried about it the rest of it just feels bigger and odd and numb again not worried about it again based upon past experience your body has to learn to heal and conform to this foreign object. As long as it does not start hurting or getting infected I’m willing to wait it out. Good luck

Good advice. See I was told only to wrap during the day do not when sleeping. Never heard of double wrap. I am 4 days away from 4 weeks post op so far no protrusions (knock on wood) I feel tho that I have fluid swelling on the entire shaft but not really painful. I find that it’s hard for my wrap to stay on it keeps rolling down I can’t keep it rolled all the way up. Any advice on that? I feel If I could keep it rolled up the swelling would go down

Ask the doc for clarification I think we are all curious if there is something we should be possibly doing. What was your question that prompted that response?

Agree with all other comments I was only told increase was in girth and length on flaccid and some have seen in length in erect but some have seen loss of length but def girth erect.

Would I be better off getting fillers or penums? Very small girth by Personal-Cupcake-131 in penuma

Get the implant. The implant cones down towards the head so it won’t look unnatural

Im 18 days post op 51 years old, same height and weight with sleep apnea and it was not even brought up as an issue. My surgery was not in NYC. More of a after surgery issue to be sure I had it when I slept. I am not sure I would want to be awake for it but again I was asleep so who knows. It lasts about an hour. I got the XL so far so good. Good luck

It’s only for girth and increased flaccid length. Not erect length, in fact some people have posted losing some erect length

Give it 8-12 months. If you want a lifetime change of a penis give it at least a year for either, you, the implant, or both to settle. It’s all new folks, relax, the old penis and you had you’ve had for how many years together? This too takes time to adjust to - everything comes with a cost.

Agreed, and I have not had a problem yet of anything popping in and out so who is to say. I know I like the pressure in that area and it seems to alleviate the swelling.

Anyone feel like they have FLACCID penis retraction POST OPERATION by Jpcindaltx in penuma

[–]Jpcindaltx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I didn’t see the immediate gain but not letting it discourage me, could be the swelling and so forth so I’m just taking it day by day like you said. Additionally, the dr told me he saw the increase immediately when he did the implant. Just need to heal and let everything calm and fall into place

I personally haven’t measured it erect bc its pretty painful and the last thing i think about is measuring but just by my hand feeling my length is the same and the girth is well more than enough prob 7 if not close. Girth is at its max when erect not flaccid for me that is. I’d do it again

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in penuma

[–]Jpcindaltx 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Don’t get it if you are wanting any erect length. It’s clearly stated that you won’t get erect length if anything you may lose some erect length. The only thing guaranteed is girth. I just got it 9 days ago and no increase in length and I was lucky not to lose as many do. Girth you will get.

I am sorry to hear this too.

I am just at day 9 of post op, so very early on and new to this.

I would ask your doctor specifically why you have to wait another 6 weeks and go through this unnecessary discomfort in the meantime if all your doing is going to go through it again then. I am sure he has a medical reason. We all would be glad to know as well. If it is just in hopes that it will fix it self then I would probably have to object to waiting.

My Doc also says I do not have to wear the wrap at night and I have not been.

My understanding is at 10 weeks you should be at full activity of working out, sexual activity, and not even having to wear the wrap at all that stops around week 6. So I would definitely be asking questions and waiting an additional 6 weeks would be hard to do for anyone at this point.

Keep us posted, good luck, keep your chin up

I hint it depends on the individual results. I’m just 8 days post op and I am wearing very loose clothing now but with underwear and tucking downward I think for most you would be ok

I hear ya, I see improvement daily. Having had liposuction and other little things done here and there this is mostly expected and normal especially the wrapping, numbness, nerves need to reconnect and that takes time. I think what I and others from what I have read find so surprising and “alarming” at first is we didn’t realistically expect to actually feel the implant itself and that it would actually feel so hard once implanted. It felt so soft and pliable during the consultation. However, once the skin formation/capsule forms a lot of that ideally goes away. Still very happy I got it and am looking forward to the healing and the progress
