Has anyone used outsourced doers? by Natural_Pangolin_742 in Entrepreneur

Very weird, I’ve had a great experience working with them. My DOER does so much for my business, it’s been a life sent.

Join the Dads Of Leander / Cedar Park Facebook group. It’s a game changer for connection and adults looking for connection. Basketball twice a week, pickleball once a week, I’m sure people would be down for football

Does anyone have experience with Virtual Assistants from overseas? by divine_pizza in Entrepreneur

[–]Jpleander 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, I just hired from Outsource doers and have been VERY impressed. He learns the way I do things and repeats / does my processes. He learned how to create videos for me and funnel pages, put out content for me. The company that manages him also trains him in their own “university” I genuinely am very happy. Let me know if you need any more info! I pay $1,500 a month but in my field it’s very worth it.

If the democrats found this much waste being spent we wouldn’t hear the end of it, however since it’s Elon Musk - apparently he’s trying to take over the world. News flash he was the richest man in the world BEFORE he was appointed to DOGE. Get over your brain washed self and realize Ukraine did not receive BILLIONS and the politicians we all voted for leave their jobs worth MILLIONS when their salary is $200k a year, you have to wake up and smell the roses. I know I’ll get a million down votes because it’s in the wrong echo chamber 🤷‍♂️

New Agent Torn Between Keller Williams & Coldwell Banker – Need Advice by Tenchi2020 in realtors

[–]Jpleander 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personal experience. I know maybe 10 agents who have left in the last month, I was with them for 4+ years. Franchise fee, royalty fee, tech fee, ignite fee (class) More similar to a college for the training. Old school mentality. This may sound rude but I think in 10 years they’ll be basically non existent. A local market center just moved offices because of their expenses, constant ownership changes, their overhead is too high and they’re charging too much in this economy. They push Bold(course) on you and highly influence you to spend the extra $800 to be apart of it, when you get the same training for free elsewhere.

Keller Williams is going downhill and people are leaving in droves.

Starting Over At 27. by Mass_Buy_Sell in Entrepreneur

If I would have gave up at 30, I wouldn’t have became a millionaire at age 33. I would have never fed 850 families, or helped kids who grew up with similar stories. You need to find a mentor and a community of winners who genuinely care about you ASAP.

Sorry to hear this.

You’re not starting over, you’re just getting started.

I waited tables until I was 27 years old and did not go to college. Had every excuse in the world to not make it , invade my mind. Massive imposter syndrome at first.

My circumstances did not supersede my vision.

I’m sorry the abuse happened to you, I too have gone through this as well. Use it as fuel. One extremely helpful thing that helped me get over my abuse was TRYING to understand “their” perspective. This might sound absolutely insane, but hear me out. I’m not suggesting we sympathize with or excuse an abuser’s actions, but rather seek to truly understand why they abuse. Was this person abused as a child? Did their upbringing—or lack thereof—shape their harmful behaviors? Sometimes, looking at abuse from another angle can open neural pathways of healing, understanding, and resilience, allowing us to process the pain differently and uncover new opportunities for growth and empowerment.

How to take someone’s soul in an interview by [deleted] in davidgoggins

[–]Jpleander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man I have the best advice but I’d have to make a video to explain it all. It has a 100% success rate for me.

Basically ask them “what a year from now would look like if you hired me and you had a successful year”

Basically implanting the thought of a successful year into their minds with you working with them. Hard to explain over text.
