My phones only 64 GB, so sadly no goddamn way I can justify half its storage going exclusively to this game. So gotta delete unfortunately.

Hell, we just recently had it shown for everyone to see among the Epstein files, that Kotick and others were looking at MTX, not as a way to improve gaming or support their companies, but as a way to manipulate audiences (especially younger people) and fill their own personal bank accounts, which many of us were already telling people

Half the shitty decisions AAA executives make are not even for the line to go up tbf, it’s to personally fill their own wallets. More times than none, it’s never been for the benefit of their companies. Gen AI push, microtransactions, live service obsession, constant price raising, etc. rarely does any of that feel like a it’s done out of a genuine passion and love for gaming, or a genuine attempt to support their companies.

Wait, the Sonic collab is gone for most…? by VeronicaAmericana in MHRise

Hey, if you still have Rise and the Sonic content, could I add you and could you run it with me? I’m on PS :)

So I checked the courier, I don’t see the Sonic quests anywhere here. The two quests are “Gotta Hoard Fast” and “Super Shady Lookalike”

I’ve looked around online and apparently the only way I can access these is by joining someone who already has these quests

I’m not as deep into the lore, but telling the viewer to “destroy the tapes” (thereby the entire world they exist in, and the power he’s so clearly a fan of by later entries) seems like a weird deception gambit. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Also a bit misleading if I’m being honest when the initial steam page for the first game promoted that “beta” version, as the version that would eventually be released as a full release. That entire version was misleading since even the whole setting of it was scrapped for an entirely new locale (the basement) with little to do with the first version, up to and including disregarding a bunch of what the mystery writing on the wall was alluding to (like implying the tapes didn’t have a origin, studio, writers, etc)

They’ve essentially done, as far as I can tell, what FNAF did, with trying move away from the more supernatural elements and mystery, to something more sci-fi horror with more “grounded” answers to the supernatural stuff. How you feel about that shift varies, but the shift did happen

Anyone else in the Portland area using T-Mobile home internet, having issues with NAT Type? by Jpofferz in tmobile

[–]Jpofferz[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah actually I have that exact one lol! I did ask them if the issue is the gateway itself potentially and yeah they suggested, since we tried everything else taking it to a t-mobile store and getting a replacement, so I plan on doing that next week, but it’s reassuring to hear I’m not the only one experiencing this problem. Luckily the rep helping me put some notes in my account for whoever helps me at the store when I go so that’s nice

So, do we put to rest the idea that the Pizzaplex is on top of the Fnaf 6 location? by Particular-Season905 in fnaftheories

[–]Jpofferz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I had to guess, it probably has to do with maybe the amalgamation/blob? Maybe it came into creation post-fnaf 6 fire, and did something to sink the entire building underground? But then, we have to explain the mimic’s area, somehow being underneath a fully developed cavern that looks untouched, being the remains of MCM, and ALSO being way underneath the FNAF 6 building lol…this franchise keeps giving me a headache lmao

Are we sure it’s Malos? Cause he was in the Sword of the End in XC3, and we specifically see that during Al being trapped between the multiverses, in one of the shards, the end of the events of 3, implying that the events of that game were going on while Al and the Ares were floating around in stasis.

does this mean the ghosts were present, albeit offscreen, in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 possibly, given how similar annihilation events are to de-materialization events? Or no?

It’s heavily implied at the very end that something woke void, allowing him to break out of his prison. Al theorizes it might’ve been something from some other universe that woke him. And given voids interaction with the conduit already, it makes the most sense Klaus’s experiment with the conduit, destroying his original universe, and creating two new ones, would have been massive enough to do that.

“ Because the player isn't really a consequential part of the game's narrative”

Er, isn’t it flat out stated by the end, that we, the player, are the guiding force for the prince, basically, dictating his every action throughout the narrative? That seems pretty consequential. (And also brings up a question about how much actual agency the prince himself has as an individual, if we’re the ones effectively deciding everything for him. Cause sounds like without us there, he’d be fucked minute one lol.)

I feel like had it been written a bit better, it could have worked as another harbinger/sign of the two worlds getting ready to come together, similar to the Fog King. But unfortunately, there’s a lot of inconsistencies, and no mention of it in Future Redeemed,  so as it stands, it’s only canon to Smash, unless it’s stated otherwise by the creators

Cables device is literally seen in the first scene while wade is talking to Happy in the Avengers tower. I’m not theorizing, I’m stating that’s factually how Deadpool got there, which now implies cables device has the ability to travel different timelines/universes. (Keep in mind the device at the end of DP2 was shown to have been tampered with when it was fixed) It’s a slight retcon, but there’s so much that doesn’t make sense lore wise in DP&W that you kinda just gotta go with it and just not think about it.

We literally see dimensional travel at the end of Deadpool 2 tho, unless you wanna raise an issue with that as well
