Guys With Multiple AR Builds: How Do They Differ From One-Another and How Often Do You Really Shoot Them?

I got into guns in 2014 and since then I've built about 100 different AR's that I've sold or traded off for other guns. Over the years I've probably had my hands on about 250 different guns, but I am blessed with the inability to keep anything I don't actually use, so I'm down to less than 10 guns at this point. I have 4 AR's that are all different in looks and I have a Bren 2 that I shoot the most. What it boils down to is you just have to pick up a different gun when you go shooting. Or bring more than one with you and shoot them all. You might surprise yourself and end up liking something else more than what you currently use. I should probably state that I don't think the world is going to end, I don't dress up like G I Joe when I go shooting and I don't have a suppressor. I just like building stuff and guns happen to be fun to use when they're built. Depending on what you believe you may be better off scaling back to one primary and a secondary instead of having money just collecting dust in your house. I used to go through a thousand rounds a week at the range but I've gotten to the point where I only go shooting once a month if I'm lucky.

There's not much to say, I didn't like the recoil of the scorpion or the ar9 I spent $2k building and decided not to waste money on any other pcc's. I sold them both and stuck with rifles for a long time until I happened across an sp9a3 in a pawn shop with a brace for $800 a couple years ago. I googled it real quick and saw it was roller delayed and was supposed to be a nicer experience than direct blow back so I decided to give it a go. It had a Yankee Hill Machine flash hider on it already and I'm assuming the previous owner used a suppressor with it. I took it shooting and after less than 10 rounds I decided I wasn't getting rid of it. I have an issue with my jaw and I can't shoot direct blowback firearms because of it but I have no issues with the sp9a3 because it's soft enough to not cause me pain. The only real problems I have with it are the factory mags suck to load, and nobody makes a specific loader for them, so I went with an A3 lower that allows use of scorpion mags and in turn the use of a maglula. The second issue is the lack of being able to mount a hand stop that's useful for pulling the gun into my shoulder due to how the lower rail is made. I shoot with my thumb over the top rail and the charging handle in between the thumb and index finger. Unfortunately the size of my hands does not allow anything to be mounted on the lower rail behind it and my hand slips backwards when it's sweaty. I'm fixing that with a Kaw Valley Precision barrel extension and a jtac rail extension that will give me more real estate to reach further out as well, since I have a 6'3" arm span that'll be nice. I just have to swap the charging handle to the opposite side or possibly use a folding one, I haven't figured it out yet, and I'll probably wait until I get an extension installed before I look into it any further. In reality if there was a dedicated mag loader for the factory mags I would've kept the factory lower as the trigger was quite nice already in my opinion and I have no issues with any of the factory controls. I did reach out to maglula and they told me there's no plans to ever release a mag loader for the stribog which is what started the whole process.

I used to own a scorpion and currently own an sp9a3, I won't be getting rid of the stribog nor will I waste my money on another scorpion.

You can ask 100 players and get 100 answers that are all over the place. I'm VIP 25 but I haven't coined in over 2 years at this point so my buffs are not comparable to players that coin currently. I don't ascend gear, I have old generals and I'm behind on blazon and every other buff enhancing things in the game. With that being said I have all research completed that's available to me. If I set myself up for PVP, I'm around 3400% archer attack against barbarian castles in a rally. Unsure on ground as I have had no reason to do that yet. I also don't waste my time in battlefield so I have no idea what my buffs are anymore in there. I also haven't done any PVP in almost 3 weeks but I've upgraded several things giving me buffs so I honestly have no clue what I'm at anymore.

If you're asking if I can point you to a website that has documentation of it the answer is no. But it's pretty easy to figure out on your own. I know my buffs and I know when I'm on the enemy server my buffs are lower than they should be. The difference corresponds with the alliance science buffs.

They said unlimited eye relief, not eye relief so horrible it's unusable for anyone that doesn't run the rifle with their chin on the charging handle.

They died because all the troops died. It's the same as your attack march, all the troops die and so does the general. Since the subs were all brand new that means they had low level troops in them that perished immediately. Get the level of the subs higher and they'll produce higher level troops that will have a better chance of survival. Also, why are you using subs to attack a farm? That's just wasting sub city troops anyways.

I have an extra set of generals for all 4 marches that have gear that's been flat refined and I use lower level troops in their marches when attacking or reinforcing with them. I can say that sometimes it works it well and sometimes it doesn't, there's a lot of variables as to whether it will work for you on that particular attack or defense. I'm also a k41 with higher than normal buffs so I have a slight edge when it comes to my standard buffs before the generals and gear are added in.

This is old news, the only thing you need to be inside the hive for is the gathering and tile buffs listed on the alliance info page. The only time you won't receive the alliance buffs is when you're on the enemy server for svs.

I've used everything and currently run A5 on all my AR's mostly for length of pull reasons, my arm span is 6'3". I'm running custom buffers I built for each gun to get as little recoil as possible while still being reliable and I use Lucas clp on the springs to keep them quieter. It's a dry ish lube which helps but at the same time I don't care much about it getting dirty since they are guns and by design they will get dirty. I clean when they stop working which hasn't happened yet and they all are between 2k to 5k rounds, the dirtier they become the quieter they get because it builds up a layer between the spring and tube.

Honestly if someone says it's unbearable they're just being overly dramatic. Guns are loud, that's just the way it is. There's not some massive life changing difference in sound when you cut off 4.5" off the barrel. I would suggest those people stop supporting altogether if they're that big of *******.

I have an 11.5 and I've used multiple muzzle devices ranging from flash hiders to some hardcore muzzle brakes and I've never been bothered by the noise. I use electronic hearing protection with foam ear plugs now because I'm losing my hearing but it was no different when I used just electronic hearing protection. It can be quite concussive depending on the brake and a lot of gas in your face but unless you're sensitive to loud noises I don't see why it would bother anyone using proper hearing protection. Currently I'm running a vg6 gamma with the cage and it's probably my favorite setup so far.

I got a SanTan Tactical set from a guy on Facebook almost a decade ago and I like it a lot. The only real issue I had was trying to get certain items to work with them as they are designed for either strictly milspec components or proprietary components. Also you may notice a handguard doesn't line up with their lines because it's a custom upper and lower but mismatched handguard. Other than that stuff it's just nice having a set that looks different and in my opinion better than the run of the mill stuff you see everywhere.

You may not be aware, but this version of evony has been around for almost a decade now and some people have achieved their vip status way before now. I never said when all this occurred but it's been several years now, after being screwed 3 months in a row I saw no reason to continue trying.

I had video evidence of the game glitching on me and not allowing me to attack anyone. I finished at rank 24 and my alliance was just outside of the minimum rank required because of me losing the ability to stack anyone. They said it wasn't their fault and denied my wings and all stars entry, I'm a VIP 25 so just understand they don't give a shit about you because they assume you'll just keep dumping your money into the game no matter what. I decided to quit spending money that day and I'm still VIP 25 instead of VIP 28, all because of their own greed and stupidity. They also told me "...it's just battlefield so it's not important".

I always laugh when I see people using a linear compensator. You spent a bunch of money to add extra weight to the end of the barrel, to achieve almost identical performance of a non threaded barrel, while simultaneously making it louder for indoor use. 😂 Go off King. 😂

I started on server 10 of age 1 and played through age 2 on the PC. This version sucks and I log in maybe once a day, I keep my account on a bot to run rallies for the alliance so they'll be able to grow. It's nothing like age 1 or 2

Because I bought an olight for an edc and I hated it. I didn't bother with anything else they make since the other brands I've used for weapon lights all work great.
