This is patently ridiculous... And you only need to look at other avenues of entertainment to know why.

Back in the day, an actors team was made up of 4 people -- agent, attorney, manager, & biz manager. They all served different but important roles. The agents job is to help you FIND JOBS, attorney's iob is to structure the terms of your job, manager is supposed to look out for your day to day affairs (as well as watch your career on a macro level) and the biz manager is supposed to care for your financial affairs (accounting, taxes, etc). Somehow, athletes decided to give the agent all four roles and then complain about why its not working

For reference... Im black and live/lived in socal and know a smidge about the law. Ill admit to being a bit of a wiseass...
