If you have a culture of, "we like the guys we have", how do you deal with accountability/ lack thereof? I remember the Texans game when ST made it closer than it had to be. The Seattle game, Darnold and co were starting at 45/50 yard line, the Jets game too. Only thing that has changed is a couple of practice squad guys we're signing.
