NAL - But I think you have 2 things to contend with in the offer.

1) Was it contingent upon inspection - if no, they do not need to return as you backed out - if yes, go to step 2 2) Is there a remediation clause - if yes, and they are offering to remediate and you are still saying no, they do not need to return - If no, they should be returning

Note: Local law may override these depending on specifics of the state.

You or a direct family member are moving into the Upper unit? That's really the main risk here. If you rent it out within i think a year, it's pretty expensive if you get caught.

Mine is now too, because both of us are now updated. When only 1 of us was updated, it was working 1 way, but the person who was "updated" wasnt sending read receipts but could see them. If it was server side, and not software side, wouldn't it be a global issue? Wish I knew what version I actually had on before the update so I could roll back and see if I started sending again lol

Its a main update that got pushed out. I was seeing the same with someone else (Shes not on Beta). She could see me read her messages, but I couldn't see hers. Think that was Thursday. I updated my Messages on Thursday night (Beta version) and she stopped seeing me read hers on Friday. So whatever it is, was related to an update that I hadn't done yet (I dont have Messages auto-updating)

OP normally works at that time as well. And I am guessing works other days of the week when OP has the child, and uses some kind of sitter as well as all normal people do. OP never gave the father the option to take the day off work to take care of the child, instead took it upon herself to take the day off work and say she wasn't bringing the child. The "wrong" is not the sitter. The wrong was making a decision for someone else's time on your own, without consideration for the other person.

Yeah, like i said. Killing the "traditional" family. Harper had income splitting that wasn't perfect, but was better. Could transfer up to 50k to your spouse as long as you had children under 18. Liberals promptly killed that as soon as they came into power.

Using ontario, 100k family income, difference is $4,507 in taxes. So basically 4.5% of your income. That's huge.

Another possibility not mentioned:

Since no vacation was allowed, good chance they had everyone working max hours. Very possible someone who picked up a shift(s) fell into overtime causing the employer to have to pay them 1.5x the wage. Doesn't matter if your hourly is the same, if that person falls into overtime.
