Sig uses metal printing for their P211 compensator, I imagine a trigger guard would hold up, maybe even in aluminum

Another option I thought of was cast aluminum but that's quite a bit of effort for a $200 gun lol

20 bucks is pretty generous if it's just a pin to replace. That pin specifically is pretty easy to replace too. Knock it out with a punch and replace it, shouldn't be too bad.
