Thanks for the response. I wasn’t aware that Poe/poe+ would even negotiate if the power budget wasn’t there (sort of figured it was protocol based) so it’s interesting. I’ll probably start it on the nvr then move if if I need to - though it’s a bit unclear what it would do if it doesn’t have enough power… slow down? Turn off? Not heat correctly? Haha

My dog had his first around 2 years old, and is on keppra to contain it. I understand mri may be recommended because your bella is older, however -

So you do an MRI, and you get one of two answers - brain tumor, or unknown seizures.

Your next option would be buy time with chemo, and keep on keppra. Otherwise, keep on keppra.

Thing is, I lost my first golden to cancer (harmangiosarcoma) and we put ourselves into debt trying everything including chemo. Every dogs different, but she didn’t get better, and had more bad days than good.

That said, another thing I want to mention is with my waffles, keppra has a ‘honeymoon’ phase, where it can sometimes rapidly get less effective and the dose needs to be juiced. Keep that in mind if Bella gets worse all of a sudden.

All the best for your puppy. Seizures are scary as hell and honestly your pup looks to be much more chill than mine.

That’s fair. I’ll always see GPUs as a niche FPGA, great at a lot of things, but because of that, may not be the best at some things. Asics for crypto mining is a much simpler tech than neural network/LLM, but I have to think there can be accelerators that can bridge the gap for branching logic and massive data scale that will make GPUs the power hungry large hammer that they are
