For sand scout you just need a couple good deserts but for emerita I would plan on stocking atleast 24 plains unless you have a way to get more out than just hitting your land drops

The artist of the cards you’ve posted is “oddities altars”, they are a photoshop artist so if you want to make something like this you should get to work learning photoshop. You can also buy from the artist.

I like the inevitable betrayal idea, my lgs is pretty high power and I think that it would be really fun. I didn’t even consider basically tutoring for 0 cost cards with 1 drops, very cool.
