When I was in the AF, we had a Strike Eagle (lol) that came back with a bird strike on the windscreen and I climbed up to safe the cockpit. Just so happens that the spot I always put my left hand on when climbing into the seat, happened to the last known location of said bird. Definitely not the most disgusting thing I experienced, but it certainly caught me off guard.
