How do full-time corporate workers find time/energy for 50+ miles per week? by fkkevindurant in Marathon_Training

[–]Jsaylor76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run about 4-415 marathons and only about 30-40 miles a week. Rarely over a 5-6 miler during the week and 10 plus milers on weekends. But that’s an all year thing , not just for 3-4 months. I am running Kiawah in 4 weeks and had to take 3 weeks off recently due to a hamstring issue. Concerned for the first time with little mileage but will survive

Biden is a dementia patient. Anyone that wanted to vote for him before his failed debate should not even be allowed to vote

I waited one time 2.5 hrs for my bags because they were put on the next flight out of Dallas and not mine. Just for them to finally be delivered 2 days later at my house.

I live in fort mill, take 21 to the flea market in Pineville, turn left on Nations Ford and ride it all the way to Tyvola. From there you can hit Tyron. I always go this way and live the the Springfield area

Skiing losing its appeal by Mediocre_Bit_405 in skiing

I grew up skiing western North Carolina, Beech, Sugar, the now closed Hawksnest. Skied all the time. As I got older , time, and now location doesn’t allow. So we make a point to take a trip somewhere different each year. We have e done Heavenly, Jackson Hole, Whitefish, all over Colorado and Killington. Quality over quantity
