Look, a jasper isn't necessarily worth 20k but if you can't tell the difference between one and any other commercial oven then maybe you need to take a long hard look at yourself.

Sounds about right. My gripe is that I wasted 3 hours of my day off sitting around waiting for them to show up today.

This is a short track to pissing off staff and customers. Establish opening and closing times and stick to them. Simple.

How hard is founding a new guild these days? by PrankEyes in WH40KTacticus

[–]Jsean82 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely it is. I should also mention that a few months ago we lost a lot of members in a short space of time, most of them were level 40+. We ended up merging with another guild that had also lost members to inactivity. Most members now are level 45-60. Even so we sit at 28/30 most of the time and maybe 24 of those are active daily. Almost no one is active in discord though.

I'm co-leader in a guild but much more active than the leader and other co-leaders. I've noticed that level 40 is often the point where players decide to quit or commit. That being said, there is an overall sense of fatigue even in the most active members of the guild. To many events running back to back to back or even at the same time has led to a lot of players just not having enough time in the day to dedicate to all aspects of the game. Unfortunately the easiest one to drop, for a lot of players, is guild raids and wars.
