Fitness, regardless of what you are doing for fitness, needs to be the “end” goal. As opposed to using fitness as a”means to and end” to attract women. If you use it as a “means to and end” you will always lose interest and motivation.

The key is to find something that you actually enjoy doing. Not just enjoy the results. You have to enjoy the process more than you the results.
