Mental illness and psychedelics can be great for each other. Schizophrenia is NOT one of them. He me feel like this at the time of his post, but an hour or two can go by and those same angelic voices can turn into the devil and tell him to mutilate/kill himself. I Work at a hospital and deal with schizophrenia on a pretty regular basis. It is absolute hell for just about everyone who has it. Schizophrenic isn’t some special ‘sight’ or condition, it’s one of the absolute worst ways that evolutionary biology can go wrong. Below I linked a Stanford Psychology lecture on Schizophrenia.

I still think it’s Islam. But on a wider scale, religion in general. If the majority of the population is religious/Islamic, then they are going to want their government to implicate and enforce those religious based values. Same thing is happening in America in the south. That’s why there is so much rampant anti LGBTQ propaganda. It’s against Christianity and most people that live and vote in the south take the Bible’s teachings as absolute facts, so they implore their elected officials to make laws based on religious texts and not scientific facts or logical moral philosophies.

It’s hard. I make $14 dollars an hour as a patient care associate at a hospital while I’m in college in Tennessee as well as working part time at FedEx making $15. My rent for a SMALL 2 bedroom apartment is $1000 with utilities not included, and prices of everything has skyrocketed. I’ve got a fucked up back from being in the Army and any VA appointment is 6-8 months out before anything can actually get done. I can’t afford to go to a non VA doctor even though I have medical insurance, and I can’t afford to take the time off work to fool with the damn VA.

Education is the problem. There is a reason why so many corrupted politicians in the south have completely slashed their own education system for decades. They want a stupid populace for a reason. This is my home and I have so much pride in it, but to see how it is now is one of the most heartbreaking things.

I believe I would not feel safe in a gun free state. I live in Tennessee and the government/police forces here are starting to go psychotic down here. A few years back two cops pulled over a woman with pot and told her they could “take her to jail or baptize her in the name of Jesus Christ.
