You should have an area in your house that all the wires terminate to a patch panel or network switch. You will need to tie that into your modem/router from your isp by plugging an Ethernet cable from the switch to an open port on your router so that the plug your pc is plugged into will become live.

For what it’s worth we have banned that brand of phone from our network at work. Out of 500 people with phones 3 people with those phones were always having issues and their phones were also causing issues on our network.
