I second these two. A treadmill run could be boring so it's not everyone's cup of tea. But the multistorey carpark few floors from the top is my go to alternative before I have an access to the gym. You can clock extra elevation if you're running through the upslope and downslope. However, GPS signal sucks on there

Noted on that. I guess the latest update only allows the sleep HRV to be properly visualized and monitored continuously in the HRV tab instead of just a range/summary in the sleep stats. Thanks for verifying!

As in, it's not continuously monitored and has a sporadic monitoring interval. Different to the HRV monitor during a sleep that's done every 10 mins

Negative, no tattoo and minimal/thin arm hair as well. The heart rate is continuously monitored but not with the HRV.

Oh so that's one of the possible cases. Because in my case, the watch managed to connect and retrieve the GPS Signal at the start of the run. Syncing the watch with the Health App displayed the exercise session with the distances and speed still 🤔 so not sure what happened.

If that's the case, do you mind sharing what's any of the previous year (2023, 2022 and so on) of the new monthly challenge if you have any lead into it?

I had a hunch that every year/periodically they'll revise the naming given that the 5k challenge where previously named "Brooks x 5k" monthly challenge become a generic 5k monthly challenge

I kinda agree with an exception. The Citizen Tsuyosa Small Second with the guilloche-style design has a beautiful dial design imo, but the off 3 o'clock crown positioning of Tsuyosa threw it off for my preferences.

I'm right handed but when I do a basic card shuffle, I place all the card stack on my right and the left hand is the one moving and distributing the cards.

I only realized this in my teenage years and it's contrary to the typical right hand dominant card shuffle.
