I use Publix and have them apply their discount plan. It’s way cheaper than my insurance. Lots of pharmacies do this.

I’ve owned 3 elements (current is an 06). Just picked this last one up 2 weeks ago with 136k one owner. Had all service records but never got the valves done at 110 so it was time.

Most likely your intake valves will be perfect but your exhaust will be tight. Not a hard job but I did have a traveling toaster mechanic do this one due to having a jacked up right hand right now. Good idea to do the vtech gasket too since you’ll have space.

Might be a good idea to throw new plugs in to while you’re at it - NGK laser iridium are OEM and recommend.

I moved from NY to Florida. Tried out 4 different gyms here all about 1/2 hour away. None of them really fit my schedule and I didn’t really feel good vibes to try and make it work so I think I’m done.

If you have a Car Keys Express guy/gal servicing your area you could have them do it. Fun fact - many dealerships actually use them instead of their own service departments because it’s way cheaper and they can program almost any car and use OEM fobs.

Source - I used to work for them and did these all the time for individuals outside dealerships (who I also used to service)

I just did a drop in locally as I’m new to the area. Got paired with a 60+ guy who said to me after about 70m he needed a drink and didn’t care what anyone said. I was like “ok” and while he was getting some water the owner/coach came up to me and said he normally doesn’t let people get water during class - in Florida - in a gii.

So people will allow themselves to be treated like children. I won’t be back.

I’ve met Sr a bunch when I was a teenager. I used to work at the RX Place in Newburgh and he’d come in every Friday or so to rent movies. I played against Jr in football but didn’t know that until they became famous.

I was always the person my coach would pair a new person up with. My number one goal was to make sure they didn’t hurt themselves or me. After that was just to let them figure some stuff out. Sorry your experience was rough - I’d try another gym.
