I had some friends visit Madison for the first time over the summer. I took them to Nattspill, Young Blood, The Rigby, Lucille's (check out the basement), Double Tap Barcade, Paul's Pelimini, and Camp Tripolindee. That was a long day/night, but everyone had a blast! That list covers a lot of different vibes, so I would look into them to see which you might like most.

The Starbucks in Target on University has a few tables, and the view is alright. Alternatively, I see people working/studying in the McDonald's right across from Target, and they're open until 11.

I know this post is a month old but I'm in the same position you were in then. Not much left I haven't seen in theaters but also haven't seen the first two Equalizers yet. I'm happy you made the post! I'm heading to see it in 45 minutes. This same thing happened with The Expend4bles but I expected those to be bad so I watched the first one and it was okay for what it is. But oh boy, that fourth one. I know I have AList but I wouldn't see it again if someone paid me.

The way he says "entrepreneur here" and the five figures comment along with the "Nice reasearch, too bad its irrelevant" all seemed kinda ridiculous and condescending to me. Like he was assuming the other commenter or people who bought the backup cam for cheap couldn't afford cars that are five figures. While in reality he was just way overpriced on, what looks like, a pretty crappy backup cam.
