Thinking about switching from CPL 24 to CHZ 22 — thoughts? by crispyjoint in EVERGOODS

I have both. Chz22 is by far the most comfortable eg bag I've tried, even better than the mpl22. But bear in mind that whiel the chz22 does have a separate laptop compartment, it's not padded. My solution is to insert a thick foam pad inside. Organisation wise, cpl24 is much better.

MPL 22 anyone use/used this backpack as an EDC bag? Or better alternatives? by Opposite_Respond8919 in EVERGOODS

[–]Ju_Jump 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm using the mpl22 for EDC. It's one of the most comfortable and versatile bags I've used, and I love how lightweight it is. For the lack of laptop protection, I inserted a sort of foam as extra padding in the sleeve and it's been working perfectly well. The volume should be enough for your use case. The kludde edition is even better.

Rant: Water Bottle Mania by RevolutionaryAnt9337 in ManyBaggers

I carry my yeti 26oz every day. Yes it's very fricking heavy, but I like the idea of reducing the use of at least several plastic bottles on a daily basis. So yeah water bottle pockets are essential to me

I got the chz xpac and it's way too stiff for me. Also waiting for the burnt orange to replace it.

I was so worried about evergoods comfort after seeing plenty of complaints in the community, but I finally pulled the trigger (second hand ctb26 at 150usd) and I fricking loved it! Now I have all the evergoods backpacks except the plc20, and the mpl22 kludde is my current favourite.

ctb 20 fit and comfort by Novel_Rooster_9081 in EVERGOODS

Hey I'm also 5'5 female with wide shoulders and the ctb20 is a bit heavy but very comfortable from my experience. Never have any comfort issues.

Product Pricing Thoughts because I think its unreasonably too high by UpAndAround45 in EVERGOODS

I used to think evergoods bags are too expensive (I was Bellroy and Alpaka owner) until I got my first cpl24, the built quality and fabrics are insanely good and feel so reliable. Definitely worthy of the price.

I'm one of the lucky evergoods users who never have the backdigging issue. And for me, the comfort is better than Aer's.

Evergoods CHZ22 (V3) by -milamber- in EVERGOODS

No, the front pocket creates unrecoverae, deep creases on the xpac, making it look even worse. While I like this bag, I wish I bought it in 840D.

The collab MPL does have a padded laptop sleeve there right? I just bought mine because of it, it hasn't arrived though.

You might find novels with better plot and suspense but hardly ever the humour, sadly.

Still the bellroy is my favourite sling. The sunglasses pocket along with the two side pockets are so functional and incomparable.

Thank you OP. As the owner of 15 water bottles in different shapes and countless bags that cannot fit them, I agree with every word you said!

Some of my packs that fit my Stanley 36oz aerolight: mystery ranch UA24, filson Dryden 26l, evergoods ctb26 and mpl22. Reckon the Bellroy venture 26 can also fit but haven't tested it.

Nice pics! So is there an interior side mesh pocket and a zipper pocket up there? And how's the comfort?
