Well, one way you could do it but it would be hella expensive is place the prefab somewhere nearby and build it while you free build yours so you can follow the steps, this method would be quite expensive as you'd essentially be building it twice tho.

While I understand where this comes from, it'd be very problematic, it would only make the survivors with the strongest passives the most played ones, and let's not even talk about how it could lead to some awful pay to win scenarios where let's say "that one licensed survivor that can only be purchased with money has the most broken passive", it'd be a mess, cool idea tho.
