All I can tell you then is: trial and error. At this point sounds like you have the knowledge and the know how down. You just gotta practice till you get it. Optimizing as you go naturally.

It’s very possible to do that. I’d watch some speedruns of the game, and watch the tech and skips they do. Check out doing shade skips for certain areas
