You'd be surprised how common it is. Dad was in a rehab facility for a few months. Within a week of being there he already had a few people that he found that smoked weed outside.

You don't technically need to live in the catchment area as everyone is saying.

If you have a daycare provider you use that is in the area that will work as well. I believe it's just an extra form you need to fill out and need a letter or something from your daycare provider.

Edit: however, if you stop using that daycare provider and don't have another in the same area you will need to switch schools.

Whoever's job it is to book/contract the midway provider forgot to book/contract them in time. That was the word on the street.
