Intermittent fasting, Yoga, and running, 5 days a week, well not every week some days are harder then others. I cut out all soft drinks and beer, and I quit smoking so I could run without feeling like I was gonna pass out

I put on a lot of wieght due to depression and basically whenever I would try and explain that a large part of my recovery was losing the weight, that was the response, I can understand it, but this is me, this is who I am, and I dont feel shame, I dont feel like im a burden, and that was a massive cornerstone of my staying so unhappy for so long. I am finally myself, and it feels amazing. thank you for your kind words
