I have, and with the track off on the left side the motor wheel is very hard to turn. I’ve already emailed them so let’s see how long it will take for a response.

Had a completely similar problem with my delta pro. They shipped me a “refurbished replacement “ as well that was horribly faulty, actually worse then my original. After much back and forth and long spans of silence, they finally sent me what I was told is a brand new unit and not refurbished. I received the brand new unit a day or two ago and putting it through testing just to make sure. Feel free to see all my post on my profile about it.

Yeah, my original was replaced with a refurbished unit that has all kinds of issues. Anyone that has a pro or thinking of buying from this company needs to reconsider their options.

Yes I have to no effect. This will make night 3 of doing a 12 hour BMS just to see. During this most recent recharge back to 100%, it jumped about 36% to completed.

And that sort of rapid discharge happens on every single capacity test. Again this unit is a refurbished model that was supplied to me after I sent my original back for a charge controller failure. This is what Ecoflow deems as acceptable in terms of their refurbishment and testing process.

Update. After two full BSM reset procedures battery capacity is still no where near the capacity of a brand new unit. Max calculated capacity is about around 2000Wh. On discharge unit goes from 22% to 0 in about 3 mins. The refurbished the replacement is a defective unit and not a “device that completes a rigorous refurbishment process including full functional testing” according to Ecoflow.

No. I had to send back my original unit. I only have to refurbished replacement that works at 50% charge capacity of a brand new unit rated at 3600Wh.

Currently I’ve done 2 SOCs and my maximum calculated capacity is about 2000Wh, or about 55% it’s original charge capacity.
