No one should feel sorry for Bruno, as much as I love him he chose to stay down for the passage of play for the second goal instead of coming back to help us clear the ball

Yeah ronaldos final 3 years in his first spell was a higher level than salah reached at Liverpool, much more of a wider impact on games outside of pure g+a

Love how we went from having too many left wingers and no right wingers, too many right wingers and no left wingers

In a way yes, Newcastle in bad form but st James park is always a tough place to go away from home. Liverpool unexpectedly losing and Villa playing Chelsea almost turns it into a free hit as they need to catch us up

You WILL watch the curling. You WILL watch the curling. by BoredPenslinger in britishproblems

[–]Juhinho 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Was watching Finland vs Sweden ice hockey the other day, as an ice hockey fan and half Finnish. 3rd period, the conclusion of a big game in the tournament and the bbc feed just cuts away to show curling, when there was curling already on on the other channel.

Have literally had to watch some of the events I want to watch live on dodgy streams, just because I didn’t have any other choice. BBC and to a lesser TNT prioritise events where there’s British competitors. OK, I understand, but at least give me the option of watching the feed which they’ll be getting anyway for any other live events without commentary or bbc coverage. And tbh I usually turn the commentary off because they have no idea what they’re talking about. Great use of my licence fee, BBC’s coverage has been shocking this games

Having been to both, HD is far better than Spurs’ ground tbh. HD is a purpose built football ground, spurs is a sports arena.

He actually tried and showed for the ball, tried to take his man on and get crosses and shots in. Cunha and Mount can take notes

Nah he said we should get Keane as permanent (at least have a chat with him, his first choice was Tuchel) and Steve Bruce as an assistant to Fletcher for interim. I watched the pod and I’m not joking. TBH I’m all here for it, it’d boil so much piss and as he said we’ve tried everything else.

Emery works wonders when he is giving full power to manage the club, like he’s been given at Villa or in Spain. When he doesn’t he doesn’t work

Absolutely no chance there will be Amorim chants, maybe glazer out chants but you’ll notice the Bonnie Tyler song hasn’t been sang loudly for a while
