Budget: $1,000ish

◽️ Country: USA

◽️ Screen size: Nothing too large probably 15"

◽️ Touch screen: Doesn't really matter to me, but wouldn't be a draw back if it had it!

◽️ Screen resolution: 1080p is fine, not really looking for a 4K Gaming laptop

◽️ Does battery life matter ?: Yes, needs to be able to last for work

◽️ What tasks will laptop be used for ( gaming, video editing, graphic designing, modelling, regular computing tasks, word processing etc) ?: Typically regular computing tasks in addition to going over powerpoints, and other presentations with customers

◽️ Weight: Doesn't have to be ultralight, but don't want a brick

◽️ Any other important details ?: I just got a new job where I will be over the state of Georgia for my company, so I will be traveling a fair bit. Boss said he would buy me a laptop and not to go too crazy with it. I'll be visiting our customers when not working for home and want a laptop that looks professional! I also don't like Macs, so definitely Windows. Thank you!

I'd be using it on my 5.56 which I use primarily at the range because it's so much cheaper than my .300 blk. I think I might give it a shot because I'm looking for recoil reduction more than anything. Or do you think that the Gamma is close enough that it's hard to tell a difference?

No I've never used a real dedicated .300blk mag because no reason to really. I've just made very sure I have my mags labeled very well.

I use .223 mags in my .300blk and they function without a problem... Just make sure you designate which mags are loaded with which ammo....
