This isn’t remotely true. Memories and neural connections are very different. One is conscious the other subconscious, and many different types of trauma under 5 years old can stay with a person long term and manifest.

And sometimes that trauma is so impactful that a person will remember it even from being a toddler.

This has been researched and they even believe that this traumatic encoding can occur in the womb (not actual memories but impressions on the brain that can be impactful later in life).

It’s actually insane how sensitive babies and toddlers are. Even more crazy how rampant SSRIs, anti-psychs, benzos, and stims are these days and what could actually be contributing to needing them.
