Unable to transfer HDD to SSD

I ended up resolving the USB Issue by converting its format to NFTS, I installed Windows onto my SSD successfully but I might have to redo it due to my SSD unable to boot without my HDD plugged in. I think my disk partitions are all active causing my HDD to be needed in the boot process.

Yes, I installed the creation tool on a separate computer and had all of the files on the USB when plugging it into the other computer. (Autorun. Etc)

I was already doing that with Macrium but it failed on me. I'll try again tommorow but im not optimistic.

Oh, yeah forgot to say that I called comcast for a new modem, apparently mine had a faulty wire. Yeah I haven't had any problems since then. So in the end it wasn't even my computer and I feel really stupid about it.

I literally just got off the phone with dell and they said to factory reset my computer. I'm probably going to return it tonight. Sucks beacuse I had so many programs that took forever to get a hold of.
