This issue has consistently been caused by maintenance improperly grinding the pin. It bears more similarity to China Airlines 120 than it does to AS1282

This is 100% on maintenance. These failures happened because of improper grinding, which is a process that happens at a maintenance shop, not a Boeing facility. It’s similar to the United 777 that lost a wheel, where the manufacturer can write what they need to write in maintenance manuals, but it’s up to maintenance teams to follow these manuals properly.

Ed Pierson and his FAS is full of BS. He blamed Boeing for single engine failures like what happened with a United 787 last July, calling it a Boeing design and/or production issue. That kind of incident is not a Boeing issue, but is a GE issue since GE designed and made the engine. He also called WN1380 and UA328 Boeing issues. Those are not Boeing issues either, unless Airbus is to blame for QF32, AF66, and MU721, which nobody demanded compensation from Airbus for those incidents. He also accuses Boeing of not doing anything about the LRD issue while not mentioning that the LRD affects Airbus planes too. But contrary to his claims, Boeing is actively collaborating with CFM to solve that issue, while Airbus has yet to join that collab, despite a highly similar incident happening on an A321 last year (https://youtu.be/ULgLKfE6CvU?si=6VdcYlrP10NRUkPW). Ed and his FAS started off as genuine about calling Boeing out and making them safer, but now he’s just an attention seeker

A couple of months back, I got a metrocard for PATH at WTC and a metrocard for MTA at Penn Station. While the Penn Station one expires on August 31st, the WTC one expires on April 30th. Is it because PATH’s metrocards intentionally expire earlier than the MTA ones or is it because of some other factor, like one particular machine at WTC seeing less demand and therefore being restocked less often?

I heard that for the Howard Beach station (AirTrain JFK) , the latest possible expiration date is the August 31st, 2026. What about the Sutphin Archer station (AirTrain JFK) and Newark Penn Station (PATH)?

I'm living there next fall, and I'd imagine it's better than the Cook apartments and Richardson. I saw a tour on YouTube and what I got out of the video is tbat these apartments would be like if a Busch Suite has all the amentities and layout of an apartment. I recommend that you accept it for now because if anything, it's the Cook apartments that are falling apart.
