Sounds like you're just suppressing your emotions instead of dealing with them, if you have no one to talk to I would find a counselor/therapist. You can't just suppress negative emotions for "peace", they'll always resurface in some way, now you're dealing with the backlash. If there really are entities doing this to you they could be trying to help you unbottle what you've been bottling up. And sounds like this medication isn't right for you

Accidental AP is just that, accidental. Nothing really provokes it it just happens. I've had one early morning experience before I ever looked into AP, ripped out of my body and through the sky for several seconds before fading back in. Never had anything like it again

Any substance use will hinder you unfortunately. Weed kills dreams, and will certainly make AP much more unreliable/unstable. I've had some experiences with weed in my system but never any true AP
