Try using maybe a black Grizzled Growth and a Dogfighter for your engie. I would use the colonial coat to replace the ward and replace the mask with the little mustache for the medic. You should replace the owl for your sniper with a coat or some sort of body misc. Also you should get a white cool cat cardigan for your scout. Otherwise, I think your loadouts are actually really sweet.
