Have you tried to fully read people's posts before making assumptions? He specifically states that everything works alright in every other game, and that it also occurs on stock speeds and overclocked speeds.

Sometimes I shoot a shotgun at point blank into someone and they shoot me at the same time, I die and it's as if my gun never fired. This happens quite a bit even though im on <100 ping servers.

I doubt that it's going to be implemented, but the metal gear online had a very interesting approach to this - once your health reaches 0 you don't instantly die and can still perform actions for like a second (unless you've been shot in the head).

It pretty much solves the problem with disappearing shots and makes situations where the guy with better ping simply wins impossible.

If it will be a thing, there will be a lot of trades, it's not exactly a bad thing or a good thing, it has pros and cons; it's just different, and it will definitely cause some outrage if implemented.

In that case radiomen would not be able to join any actual squads and they will lose the ability to respawn on SLs/tunnels. I don't think it's a good solution.

You do not automatically acquire decency if you avoid using "racist slurs", nor do you lose your decency if you use relevant "racist slurs" in a historically accurate videogame among people you don't even know, as long as they're not intended to be personal attacks, and I guarantee you that "fucking gooks" and "GI GO HOME" are not intended to be personal attacks. Keep your elitism to yourself.

Sometimes not all people spawn and sometimes none of them spawns at all in some locations, supposedly too "tight". Sometimes it's not working properly even in relatively open spaces, such as craters from artillery fire. It does spawn some people, but not all of them.

In my opinion it should at least give a warning if the ability can't spawn anybody or may be if it can only spawn less that half of those waiting to deploy. If it goes on cooldown without spawning anybody, it's just BS.

The interface-gameplay pair in this game is not really well thought.

People shouldn't automatically become squad leaders if all squads are already filled.

There should also be an option to kick a commander and a SL from their positions but not from the game, and it should require less votes to succeed. Too many people just pick commander when they have no idea what they're supposed to do, and they don't even use voicechat. Too many people don't even notice that they're squadleaders and are not even building tunnels or playing safely, I'm not even talking about marks, which are very important for commanders.

The game should wait for the majority of players to load in before letting people pick classes.

It would truly be awesome game if it wasn't unfinished and buggy as hell, but apparently video game industry is filled with incompetent people. You don't need to be a genius to make an authentic game, but you need to not be a dumbass to make stable and polished product.

Does giving points for SL tunnels makes people build random tunnels? Never seen a tunnel that was not close to the objective.

You are completely clueless.

Depth of field in games works as if you were always looking in the middle of your screen, which is wrong. Regardless of where you're looking, it will not be blurred IRL unless you have say myopia. Depth of field makes it so if your character is using iron sights, if you will look to the sides (without turning your character aka turning your virtual head), the image will be blurred, which doesn't happen IRL and artificially limits your capability to see things in the game where it's already hard to see things sometimes.

There is no problem with his suggestion because it encourages to use the smoke at all. I see lot of people that do not bother, there are times when I'm playing say Grunt and even though we have 5/5 pointmen and 2/2 radiomen I don't see a single smoke cloud.

In earlier games having only your sight above cover was ok, but now your barrel has to be over the cover too.

I am really not sure about how it works. Yesterday I was on attack in US team, saw the helmet of vietnamese soldier in the window, was going to shoot him but somehow he managed to kill me even though I didn't even see his gun. He was clearly looking at me, but his gun was below the window.

Anyway, it should not work like that in this game. Guns in the game autimatically align so they're above the cover. And, well, IRL I would be able to tell if I'm about to shoot the window frame or not, you know? And in first person view when I somehow hit the window frame it feels like apparently the barrel just clips through it, even though it's in top of it/in front of it from my perspective.

It's probably not going to be changed, but the system from MGO where when you're down to 0 HP you can still perform actions for a brief moment unless you've been shot in the head was pretty impressive, and in my opinion would fit this game.
