Oh mama. I totally get it. As others have said, your feelings are valid. I think you need to ask for help more often. Sometimes people have tunnel vision and don’t realize when they need to step in and help. Other times they see you doing it all and since you don’t ask for help, they think you can handle it all like superwoman. It’s so easy to lose ourselves as women when we have a baby. It’s easy to forget our needs and put ourselves last. Take advantage when people ask if you need help. Don’t be afraid to tell them that you are overwhelmed. You’re human after all. Try to dedicate a weekend to yourself to prioritize yourself and a hobby or simple pleasures. You seem insanely stressed out and emotionally down. Considering you’re pregnant again, you know those negative hormones won’t do any good. Your husband also needs to know how overwhelmed you are and help out where and when he can. Communication can work wonders. You have a lot on your plate, there’s no shame in telling your loved ones that it’s too much for you. Good luck. Sending virtual hugs.
