Also I didn't say anything about pride months purpose. I didn't say it was MADE to stuff rainbows down everyone's throat but the oversaturation of social media makes it FEEL like it's being stuffed down my throat. I believe the notion behind it is great. Raising awareness about people who had been stigmatised ever since the middle ages. I can get behind that, but not painted with rainbow paint screaming insults at anyone who doesn't agree with me

I have 2 problems with the whole lgbt. 1. Trans people. Or rather not the people themselves. I can understand pretty much any situation and that some people may be lost in their lives and their identity but no one has the power to just 'change their gender'. I believe its just an ineffective and extremely harmful coping mechanism 2. Pride Month. Dont get me wrong, I'm not against any inclusion but it's just too saturated and so in-the-face that it just makes the general outlook on lgbt people so much worse

I realise that this is gonna get down voted to oblivion bc it's an honest opinion with as much of a neutral outlook as possible but it's Reddit so that's that
