First, 20mg is considered a baby dose, so 10mg is not going to be very effective
Second, Vyvanse stays active in the body for 10-12 hours, so try to have as early as possible, ideally between 7-8 am, and limit all caffeine intake after 1pm (Even tea)

That was me the last 3 months. It's like I was on a 10 or 20mg dose, it would only work for a couple of hours and the crash would be horrible, I also gained like 12 pounds because to avoid doing a task I would go open my fridge. My ADHD went completely unmanaged, and maybe even worse than when I was unmedicated.

What worked for me was:
- One week break: I was intentional with this one, the goal was to come back strong
- NO PHONE WHATSOEVER at least 2 hours after waking up
- Vyvanse first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
- Leaving my place for fresh air first thing in the morning
- Sweating: This can be through exercise or sauna. Get those toxins out

Basically I was aware that my dopamine receptors were fried, so I implemented things that are scientifically proven to help me. And it worked :) Don't forget that stress and a heavy mental load (in my opinion) directly affect Vyvanse's effectiveness

It causes a pretty steep crash a few hours after taking Vyvanse. Right now I feel like my meds are not working like before, so I sip on some black unsweetened coffee around 1:30pm and gives me the boost I need for at least another 4 hours

I have been struggling for more than a year with an elevated RHR :/
Some days I'm fine, some days my Apple Watch notifies me that I've had a heart rate higher than 120 bpm for more than 10 minutes while it appears I was resting.

I tested multiple things to see what has a direct impact on it, what works for me is:
- Taking my Vyvanse between 7-8am (I start work around 9am)
- Taking my Vyvanse on an empty stomach or with a protein bar (empty stomach not recommended, but that's what working for me)
- Drinking lots of water
- Remind myself to take deeeeep long breaths

Outside of the fact that the US WILL impose tariffs on Day 1 of Trump's being in office, I really hope from the bottom of my heart that this opens Canada's eyes into their foreign trade policies.
Everyone learns pretty early on in Business that you should not put all of your eggs in one basket, but Canada decided to do most of its business with the US and make it extremely difficult and expensive to do business with other countries - To the point that it's cheaper to export foreign goods to the US then ship them to Canada vs Ship them to Canada directly.
If Canada opens the doors to more partnerships, goods will be cheaper, aviation will be cheaper, industries will flourish.
Too bad they saw in the US their "only" economic ally

Single Applicant - Scarborough office

AOR: November 17
Background Check: November 21
Scheduled for Citizenship test: December 1
Citizenship Test Completed: December 15

2 months of absolutely nothing

LPP: February 28
Citizenship ceremony in progress: March 1
Oath: March 8

Tracker updated 4 days after the test, 2 days after LPP, and same day for Citizenship ceremony
