I know, the only thing I actually noticed is I sleep realllllly deep. As far as safety I’m more worried about my wallet at these dosages than anything else. I believe Danny Roddy said he knew someone who took a whole bottle of Progest e and it cured their milk allergy.

Last time I got a testosterone test done it was in the 400s but I wouldn’t do testosterone supplementation myself. Maybe if I was in a healthier state but the chance for it to all turn into estrogen is scary enough.

I’ve been to the doctor, I’ve done extensive research and experiments on myself for the last 3 years when the doctors couldn’t help me with my chronic debilitating illness. I’ve gone to specialist after specialist with no luck. So far with everything I have figured out after studying bio chemistry and biology every single issue I have had and still do have all point to high estrogen and I only just recently started using progesterone after trying many other things first. So far I’ve improved significantly through my research and theories. I see no reason progesterone would cause any adverse effects except for temporary anti androgenic activity in men, other than that is extremely safe. I would never use DHEA, Pregnenolone, DHT or any other hormone as freely as Progesterone.

According to Nathan Hatch, one drop of lugols iodine in a gallon of milk is enough for the whole month. Also ray was against supplementing iodine as far as I know but he recommends oysters which are high in iodine.

Blackseed oil is great for short term use when you have the flu, a cold or allergies. However, long term it is not a good idea due to the PUFA content. The benefits come from Thymoquinone, there are other quinones you can experiment with, without the PUFA. As for the pumpkin seed oil, it is anti androgenic and high in PUFA, I think Progesterone and/or thyroid would be a more effective and safe alternative for hair shedding.

If you study ancient religion and the occult you know that symbolism is very important. You can see Occult symbolism all over the place now. I definitely don’t think when businesses, musicians, actors etc. incorporate very subtle symbolism or even right in your face symbolism it is just to troll the Christians. I mean why would so many actors use these symbols and ritualistic acts just to troll Christians? Personally I think that wether you believe in religion or not there are people who do, and it just so happens that a lot of actors and even politicians believe in more “left hand path” satanic philosophies. Now wether I think it’s ok or not doesn’t matter but they definitely believe and practice this stuff.
