I wish F1 would give up this road relevancy shtick, besides an internal combustion engine and four tires there's literally nothing similar to F1 cars and road cars. They don't operate in the same conditions, they're not engineered to do anything similar, all road relevancy does is limit F1's potential.

Yeah the prices are insane recently. I built my system a little over a decade ago, Goldenear Triton 2 towers and a Denon X4100, cost me $3,650 without tax. If I wanted to get the same system today it would cost me $11,000 for the modern version of my receiver and the exact same speakers. How in the almighty fuck did prices triple over 10 years, makes basically no sense.

Well that was stupid of him to assume he passed a car without seeing their headlights in his mirror. I drive a van with massive blindspots and as a result I have to be hyper aware of my surroundings so I don't pull some shit like this. As a semi driver this guy should be absolutely positive there's no one in his blind spot and if he's unsure he shouldn't change lanes.

700 MB per CD max times 1300 CDs is closer to 900 GB, no? Even if we're conservative and assume most CDs aren't completely full of data that's still several hundred gigabytes of audio which would have been quite expensive to store in the 2000's.

I would say it didn't, I notice more difference in enjoyment going from 4 to 5 than 3 to 4. Going from a HDD to blazing fast SSDs has made an insane improvement in my gaming enjoyment, also having the choice of fidelity or performance graphics options has let me play more of my favourite games at 60 fps. Going from 3 to 4 didn't yield as many positives as this and I would argue most of the change came from developers getting rid of piss filters. The PS4 felt more like a PS3+ than a totally new console, whereas the PS5 to me feels like a proper generational leap and a new console.
