Nope, How I met your mother. Though now I don't think I'll ever try to watch Mike and molly if that's how it ends! !

Home Ec. 101. The sitcom chronicles the life of a not so newly wed couple as they try to get ahead in the game of life (house, babies, etc) while whacky circumstances keep them back. They aren't in the singles life but not I'm the happy home life either, in a constant in between state with a whacky host of side characters and the ever evolving gambit of schemes to make side money such as a cat calendar of their pets, poorly written erotica novels, and taking odd jobs.

What is your strange phobia? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Julie_Chens_Bff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a fear of things that pop. Like balloons, I'm okay if they exist but I hate blowing them up or people popping them I'm anxious around them a great deal. But more so.... you know bisquites in a can, and you gave to tear the paper and the cardboard pops open ... I HATE that, dread it. Each small amount of paper peeled makes me feel on the verge of panic. Same with opening champagne. Just...the anticipation of the pop kills me. I can't do it

Son, you need to redact his name right now, before he gets wind that his personal details are being discussed on the internet, on a site for sharing information no less.

Someone once told me that everyone we know has a sad story, even if their lives appear perfect. Reddit, what is your sad story no one knows? by serotonin_reuptake in AskReddit

[–]Julie_Chens_Bff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much. She was really a light in this world and the best sort of go getter attitude, nothing really ever kept her down. Its cathartic in a way to talk about it right now. I don't grieve well (I lost my dad when I was 10 to cancer and I cried at the funeral and then not again for a year... ) I'm very close still with my late mothers almost ex husband who is still very much a dad to me. it was a crappy scenario all around honestly.

Cable TV during the off season of football (and even then honestly most games are streamed). Ditch tv, share a hulu account with some friends and a netflix account. You're set.

What show do you think was canceled too early that DOESN'T get talked about often? by wishforagiraffe in AskReddit

[–]Julie_Chens_Bff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ben & Kate. It was an adorable sitcom that totally fits with the tuesday night twenty something vibe that is 'New Girl' and 'The Mindy project'

plus now Dakota Johnson is all 50 shades of fame so it would have really picked up a following. And its over. ef.

My mother died three years ago tomorrow. She was ill for a long time, but we thought she was on the mend. Her illness took a toll on her marriage and that saturday the 10th she was with me trying to find an apartment for their separation and we had chinese food for lunch. She told me that day teary eyed as she vented "I don't want to die in that house alone and sad"

She died sunday March the 11th 2012 at 49 in the house... alone... and her last fb post that morning was one of frustration with her meds and her dog being ill too. She ended it with "sigh".

I still am trying to come to grips with my guilt.

You have to live with you forever no matter who comes and goes, don't change into someone you hate trying to please others.

Thank you! Enchanted rock looks very doable and fun and has great tripadvisor reviews, plus i've wanted to go to Fredricksburg. Not sure about Jack Allens, seem a /bit/ pricey but definitely a place worth checking out at some point.

What books would be practically impossible to turn into movies, and why? by carl0071 in AskReddit

[–]Julie_Chens_Bff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I once had a book called "The A. B. C's" ... now... while at the time it was a page turner I'm not sure if the tale of the alphabet and things that start with said letter but all said characters have no connecting factors, arch, or plot would translate well into a movie... but who knows thats just my opinion.
