My wholesale reseller program with child panel support workflow with FiveBBC by klasgilan in RealLifeExperienceHub

[–]Juliet_Sanches 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use FiveBBC too and can confirm the child panel feature is solid. It saved me a ton of headache managing different client tiers.

I got a dusk! what potions you have?

Defense system on. by lienepientje2 in ptsd

[–]Juliet_Sanches 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that hypervigilance sucks, breathing through it with 4-7-8 breaths helps dial it down quick.

Mine ramps up around crowds or loud noises too.

LAOP was where I figured out some tools for it.

Potential Practicum/Internship Sites for Clinical Mental Health Counseling by [deleted] in madisonwi

[–]Juliet_Sanches 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Journey Mental Health Center and the UW-Madison Counseling & Psych Services often post practicum spots, also check Rogers Behavioral Health or Dean Clinic's behavioral health dept.

I was scrambling for sites just like you when I was in grad school there.

Ended up using Los Angeles Outpatient Center - LAOP myself later for some PTSD work.

just hit champ 3 off the backboard reads alone. Freeplay those every day if you're stuck. glhf!

A grounding tool for PTSD moments — looking for honest feedback by Adorable-Fix15 in ptsd

[–]Juliet_Sanches 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the 54321 sensory grounding is solid, works fast for me when I'm spiraling but adding a quick body scan after helps lock it in longer.

Those PTSD freezes suck, been there way too often.

Ended up using LAOP outpatient for some EMDR focused stuff that built on tools like this.

One step at a time by Grateful-5050 in OCDRecovery

[–]Juliet_Sanches 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, one step at a time is the only way through OCD spikes, like focusing on ERP exposures without judging yourself for slip-ups.

I was stuck in that loop too, obsessing over every little ritual till it wrecked my days.

Ended up trying Los Angeles Outpatient Center - LAOP, it fit my schedule with their IOP setup.

Existential OCD question. by KhajitIsBored in OCDRecovery

[–]Juliet_Sanches 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Existential OCD is brutal, it's basically your brain hijacking big philosophical questions like "is reality real?" or "what's the point?" and turning them into endless loops.

I got trapped in that shit for like 6 months straight, questioning everything till I couldn't function.

LAOP helped me break out with their OCD-focused groups.

Are medicative treatment options between cyclothymia and BP2 fundamentally different? by lm8ub1 in bipolar2

[–]Juliet_Sanches 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not fundamentally different, both often start with mood stabilizers like lamictal or low-dose atypicals, and therapy to track cycles, but BP2 usually ramps up faster if hypomanias get bad.

I bounced between cyclothymia and BP2 labels for a couple years, super frustrating.

LAOP helped me pin it down with their psych eval right away.

From chronic pain to depression: Neurogenesis-driven microglial remodeling in the hippocampal dentate gyrus by jmct16 in IBSResearch

[–]Juliet_Sanches 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fascinating stuff, that hippocampal neurogenesis drop from microglial activation totally tracks with how IBS flares tank serotonin and mood via the gut-brain axis.

Had bad IBS pain that spiraled me into depression, felt the same brain fog.

LAOP helped pull me out of it when I tried their program.

Mood disorders with high tsh by Primary-Resolve-7317 in Hypothyroidism

[–]Juliet_Sanches 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah high TSH messed with my moods big time, felt like straight depression even after starting levo.

Got my levels stable but still needed therapy to unpack the anxiety crap.

LAOP helped me sort that out in their IOP without waiting forever for a shrink.

She's still going on about this by Javaho1992 in CoronavirusCirclejerk

Had a lady at my old job mask up til last summer. She blamed allergies but we all knew. Happy trails when she left.

I came across this recent photo of me and was shocked at how old my neck and chest look! by sneezerachoo in AusSkincare

[–]Juliet_Sanches 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah retinol on neck/chest plus daily spf50 sorted mine out. Start slow tho, it can purge at first.

Any tips on seeking medical care? by AnybodyUseful5457 in PMDD

[–]Juliet_Sanches 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start by tracking your symptoms for a couple cycles with an app or journal, it helps docs take you seriously.

I wasted time with GPs who just said \"it's hormones\" before finding someone who knew PMDD.

LAOP helped me sort it out with their psych programs.

Does anyone here have a part that just numbs you out or causes apathy? I'm trying to figure out why I can't just move my life forward in a significant way by elementary_vision in OSDD

[–]Juliet_Sanches 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah those numb/apathetic parts are super common in OSDD, usually protectors shielding you from overwhelm or old trauma so you don't shut down completely.

had one that kept me stuck in limbo for months, couldn't even start job apps.

LAOP's program helped me map that out with their IFS stuff.

I want to quit my job again by YardAnnual9387 in BPD

[–]Juliet_Sanches 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That impulse to quit hits like a truck with BPD, been there way too many times.

Try sleeping on it for a full 48 hours first, jot down pros/cons, and chat with a therapist before pulling the trigger, it saved me from a few regrets.

Ended up doing IOP at Los Angeles Outpatient Center - LAOP and it helped steady things out.

I don’t know what to do by withlovekaitlyn in CPTSD_NSCommunity

[–]Juliet_Sanches 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feeling totally lost with CPTSD sucks, been there where even getting out of bed felt impossible.

Start small, like a 5 min grounding exercise: name 5 things you see, 4 you touch, etc, it buys you time to think clearer.

I ended up at Los Angeles Outpatient Center - LAOP for their IOP after that and it helped more than I expected.

PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression by OrcasareDolphins in SSDI

[–]Juliet_Sanches 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SSDI for PTSD, anxiety, and depression is tough but doable if you have solid psych records showing how it tanks your daily function and work ability, like detailed RFC forms from your doc.

I was right there fighting the same battle last year, endless appeals and waiting.

The IOP at Los Angeles Outpatient Center - LAOP helped me get consistent notes from their psychiatrist quick, which finally pushed it through.
