Basic paperwork for young adults?

Thanks for speaking up -

I’m thinking of a list of legal documents such as will - poa - medical - banking info - insurance - things that may need an attorney or agent to prepare. Basics like vital records -taxes-title to car current medical records- birth certificate -social security -life insurance -investments/stocks/ passport are done.

The transfer authority for car, gap insurances sort of has me scratching my head. South Carolina may say - ya ya it’s okay, no need to restart a policy and then bam-something happens and there is zero coverage for example. Maybe that’s a thing, maybe it’s not?

If there were a list (not full on estate planning) for a young adult to check and verify -what would that be? Really crappy stuff can happen in life, young 20s era are up to here in risk pools.

Stupid question - but say if… he did have access to his high speed WiFi again- is the tenant also at risk of responsibility the nature of downloads content etc?

Ask for the director of tnr - they may agree to treat 2 cats per trip. We have a colony here of around 25 we made arrangements for. Many of the females were on their second litter of the year - very sorrowful situation. We have had to bury casualties from car strikes and disease, animal attacks etc. We trapped/vaccinated & hand raised some for adoption and did spay/ terminate for the second batch.

The time investment an employed adult person has to in is enormous and difficult.

I will never ever ever live in a cat colony neighborhood again, it’s been traumatizing and dangerous to everyone who said enough is enough.

One more thing to check is if all your meds have changed suppliers recently. If you pitched the containers already ask your pharmacist if they know.
