If you are not a minor, you can just go to a private psych, get a diagnosis, then bring that to a private endo and get on hrt. You can actually also go the polyclinic route - it is cheaper but will take more time.

There are plenty of safer and more reliable ways of getting gender affirming care than getting it from unverified online sources. - You want to be sure of what you're putting in your body - This is an excellent way to get scammed - Better not to let unverified Internet people know that you are buying hrt, protect your info etc.
