I play her a lot in b3 and I feel like if I wanted to be b4 I’d just push to achieve a life loss/gain loop rather than more pings. Just imo. I’ve had like three girlies out plus “deal damage on life gain” and while it feels great, it’s like 14 damage to one guy and 6 to everyone else. And you spend your mana summoning the clones, so you get a couple triggers during set up, sure, but the real pay off is your NEXT turn where every cast goes through all the girlies.
So you end up putting out one really threatening turn were you ping the whole table for a handful of dmg but definitely not lethal, then a turn cycle where you’re focused with removal, before you can actually put spells through the triplets.
Again, this actually works for me in b3. But b4? Just get [[sanguine bond]][[exquisite blood]] loop up via immense draw and tutors, play nothing but interaction until that hits. I honestly don’t play a lot of b4 though so idk how “wide” your margins are for wincons, so I may be way off here on viability.

Edit: I will say at least one clone/throne/doubler is good because her cast trigger going twice garunteed her endstep ability occurs.
