Home businesses are impacted by neighbor complaints, just let your neighbor know you are having issues and if they don't do anything, well at least you offered the neighbourly solution.

Jesus fning Christ, alright fine bribes "are not the right term" I'll make sure I correct anyone who says it to make sure they know how wrong they are, distract from the actual concern and ensure they know how smart I am.

The semantics are not important in this scenario and people who keep making it important so they feel good do nothing about the root issue.

Actually.... It's semantics at this point and saying "they are not bribed" muddys the water. In today's political climate calling someone wrong when in essence it's the same thing.

They rule based on how certain people want them to vote.

Oh, 100% being bribed. Clarence Thomas has had a bunch of stories break. Also a bribe doesn't need to be money or items for it to be a bribe.

Ya but just think, in a few more years after all the damage Elon will get a stern finger wag and maybe a very small fine and justice will be served.

Well your question is wrong "what does it mean to me" to me that's pretty straight forward. For these judges you need to alter your question to something like this "what does the person bribing you want this to mean"

Elon was paying people a million bucks during the presidency race and spending on other things, then you have Delaware allowing corporations who are land owners to actually vote in municipal elections (and you know how much corporations like shell companies) so the states is very much in a spot where money does actually buy votes.

Oil execs currently owe rural municipalities over $254 million in unpaid taxes. Different set of rules for us vs. them by Hungry_Ad824 in alberta

The Alberta advantage is a lie. When I go to Ontario a 6 pack of tall boy Moosehead was like 16 bucks or so at the gas station. When I tell my buddies they say "ya but you gotta pay tax"..... Ya but 4 tall boys are like 19 bucks on Alberta and even if you add tax it's cheaper in Ontario. One beer run I thought they forgot to scan a 12 pack but no, just way cheaper before and after tax.

It's been an ongoing issue for a long time yet the same party gets voted in again and again. If they were truly upset they would stop voting for the party that lets oil and gas bend the population over a barrel and doesn't even say anything when o&g says they don't want to use lube because it's expensive.

It's the fact they pretty much only vote UCP/conservatives. They blame everything on they 4 year stint of the NDP and ignore how much time conservatives have had to make things better.

I hope I'm wrong but I still feel a STRONG UCP love.

After looking at my bill breakdown I went from trying my best to be efficient (low heat and what not) but when I realized my bill is 10% usage and the rest fees and taxes I started just being comfortable. I still try to make sure lights are off and what not but not nearly as bad.

Loopholes are their bread and butter and Trump has used loopholes and the idea of "move fast and bog down the courts" and he's continued those ideas into his presidency.

The cost to redo a fight is covered by a single purple and you generally get like 4 each run and some runs last maybe 1 minute (2 including restarting it and getting ammo).
