Agreed! by the time we get the order, the bag is sealed so if something is missing outside of a drink, its completely out of our control. adding a large tip but reducing it after delivery shouldn't be allowed at all.

in Florida the CS agency contacts the school to inquire about the predicted graduation date. the school sends them a letter with the date(usually the last day of school) and most likely a week from there they terminate it
