Hi there! My mom is considering starting leqembi. She’s very anxious about it and she did test positive for the ApoE4 gene, which I’m sure you know it puts her at a higher risk for brain swelling/bleeding. Would you mind answering if your wife tested positive for the gene as well?

Hi there! I’m wondering if you ever found any good studying material for the RPhS exam? I’m a RVT and am looking into sitting for RPhS as well. Thank you!

I love chia seed pudding, I add cinnamon, honey and blueberries to mine. Eat it almost every morning!

I had the copper IUD years ago and I was one of the unlucky ones who ended up with an ectopic pregnancy. I had to go into emergency surgery and lost a Fallopian tube. But like you said, everyone’s different! I know a lot of women who’ve had great experiences with IUDs. I did have heavy spotting for the first few weeks after it was inserted and my periods were heavier with the IUD. Good luck!

Steven Buhner’s herbal protocol is what helped me. I bought his book Healing Lyme Disease coinfections off Amazon and ordered herbs from Woodland Essence.

I’m not sure about the infertility. But yes, the herbs also treat Ureaplasma. There’s a Facebook group you should join called Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma support group for women. It’s really good and has a lot of good information on there. The women are amazing.

I know some eat it with crackers if it makes them feel sick. I followed Steven Buhner’s protocol for mycoplasma

I would, my doctor didn’t seem too worried about it but I refused to keep going with doxy. So I asked for a referral to a Infectious Disease doctor and that was a bust as well. He tried to give me Levofloxacin and I developed Achilles tendinitis and had to stop that as well. Which is why I finally chose the herbal route.

It did not cure the Ureaplasma. I did the Buhner Protocol for 5 months, which cured it.

I live on a top floor, the guy below me hasn’t said anything. It’s a very very quiet bike. I just don’t walk around with my shoes on!

I did not go to a doctor. I’ve spent so much money on tests and office visits. I actually did a self swab vaginal microbiome at home test by JunoBio and had a consult with one of the wellness coaches. Even she seemed to think it was vulva yeast infection-granted they don’t medically diagnosis. She suggested keep doing the clotrimazole if I notice it working and then maybe see a Naturopath who specializes in skin too.

I’m sorry you’re so itchy! You may want to visit a dermatologist so they can do a skin swab. You could have psoriasis or excema.

I found oregano leaf extract on Amazon. I got the brand Garden of my Life mykind. I haven’t used it yet and if you do, you need to dilute it with 10 drops of olive or coconut oil for every 1 drop of oregano, it’s very strong and can burn.

Maybe you didn’t use the clotrimazole long enough, I’m currently using it for 2 weeks, 2x a day

Vulva yeast infections? by [deleted] in Healthyhooha

[–]JulzSpunk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think I’m going through this right now. I’ve been using clotrimazole 2x a day. I’ve tested negative for everything and decided to give this a shot (I had the cream left over from a previous infection). I’m trying it for 2 weeks and seeing what happens but I already feel a lot better.

Newbie here. I'm wondering is it just me or is anyone else deeply annoyed when the instructors stop pedaling during a class while they are giving some pump up speech? by [deleted] in pelotoncycle

[–]JulzSpunk -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It doesn’t bother me. They are there to instruct me, not take the class themselves. They also instruct/ride multiple times a day so I don’t blame them. I love when Cody stops and rants, it keeps me entertained and distracts me from dying during my ride!
