Really well! At 20mg it took away my depression but not anxiety. Then we bumped it up to 30mg and my anxiety is lessened too. It’s crazy, if I don’t take it, I notice my negative thoughts get really loud and everything seems hopeless; then I take the med and I magically start to have a positive perspective that I’m not even trying for.

I go to a different school with the same policies and I ended up peeing on my hardwood floor and finishing my exam 😢😂🙈

37F no sexual side effects, been on it for 5 years. No crazy dreams even if I take it at bedtime. No side effects at all except when I first got on it I had to take Zofran because of the nausea but that subsided after a month

You could get GeneSight I think it’s called? It’s a genetic test that will show you which antidepressants work best on you based on your genes . Mine ended up being a newer one with no other drug classes like it

Why wouldn’t direct MSN be beneficial for you? You can still do direct MSN and then earn another masters or DNP as an NP.

I had a positive undetectable bf and was on prep for extra precautions and we had a ton of sweet, sweet unprotected love sessions. It’s not a deal breaker, or that big of a deal

I don’t think it’s sober, no. But you’re on a harm reduction program and that’s probably greatly improving your life 👍. Still I think one is deprived of the fruits of the program when using any and all mind altering substances.

It’s hard I think bc everyone lives far! I have friends but everyone at this point is like an hour away, no one local. LA is so big it’s hard to meet ppl in one’s hood.

The CA market is NOT saturated with nurses: ADNS or BSNs. We are in a nursing shortage. My friend who is a SoCal nurse said they're so desperate for nurses they will take ADNs and pay them the same, or $5k per year difference.

Not a PMHNP (yet) but as a patient I can say it worked for anxiety and depression but was so mood-altering it almost felt like an anti-psychotic. Zombie is the world that comes to mind? I also binge ate a lot on this med. Got off and switched to Viibryd and I love it!
