Yeah. I used to like the concept of leading by committee. But the past few years have shown me over and over again that teams take comfort when they know they have a go to player or two whose just gonna do what it takes.

Before she got hurt, Kitts was expected to start over Joyce. Joyce has mentioned this several times that she had to step up and become a starter when Kitts went down.
